Scammers, fraudsters, and swindlers are rampant nowadays. People will do anything just to make some cash, even if it’s tricking other people, and stealing from their fellowmen. In the Philippines, Power Saver scams are popping up here and there.

But it’s relatively easy to find out if you’re being scammed by a psycho-babbler. They will offer their power saver for free or give you a huge discount of 50% off. If you won’t bite the bait, they will offer a higher discount.

Most of the fraudsters give it for free, but there’s a catch. They will tell you that they are giving away power savers in your area, but for 10 households only, or maybe even less. If you’re really interested in decreasing your electric consumption bill, you’ll be enticed to try their energy-saving device.

The 2013 Seychelles Marathon will be on February 24!

I’ll be traveling again this February, and this time I’ll be Indian Ocean hopping! My first stop in the Indian Ocean is the Republic of Seychelles. If you don’t know what Seychelles is, it is an island country spanning an archipelago of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, some 1,500km east of Africa and northeast of the island of Madagascar.

They have this annual event called the Seychelles Marathon that I’ll be joining. I will arrive on the 22nd of February in Victoria. I already registered online to join the Marathon and this is my first Marathon in the island of Seychelles!

BlackBerry Z10: Review And Specs Discussed

BlackBerry Z10 is already equipped with the much advertised BlackBerry 10 operating system.

If placed in a shelf, Z10 can’t standout when placed along iPhone 5 and other android handsets but the difference can be clearly seen once it is turned on.

The device got a higher screen quality at 356 pixels per inch. iPhone got 326 while Samsung Galaxy S III got 306. When it comes to storage capacity, it has an expandable memory using a microSD card which is not possible in iPhone 5. It is also equipped with a chip that used as a credit card at some payment terminals.
